We have a 30-day money-back guarantee. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund if you're not satisfied with your results.
Our guarantee
Use the Hair Density Oil as directed. If you don't see any improvement in your hair within 30 days, contact us to start a return and get your money back.
How to request a return
Email us at mysterylabmedia@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We'll respond within 2 business days with instructions on how and where to send the product. Please contact us before sending anything back — items returned without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
Return condition
Please return the product (including any remaining oil and its original packaging) to the address we provide. Since this is a money-back guarantee, partial use is fine — we just ask that the item is sent back so we can process your refund.
Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds
For COD orders, approved refunds are processed via bank transfer, easypaisa, or JazzCash once we've received the returned product. We'll coordinate the details with you directly.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect (a photo helps), so we can make it right with a replacement or full refund.
Refund processing
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. If approved, your refund is processed within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at mysterylabmedia@gmail.com.
Gift cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
